STEVE CARROLL
Steve has almost three decades of experience in the kitchen and bath industry — experience representing multiple manufacturers of products at a variety of price points. He has also served as the builder/contract national sales manager for a major cabinet manufacturer.
He grew up in the building construction industry as the son of a volume builder and has personally installed many kitchens. He has also worked as a kitchen-subcontract multifamily project manager. This means that he understands the specifics of what makes an installation work and what makes your job run smoothly.
Steve’s education was focused in finance, accounting and economics. Prior to his kitchen industry experience, he worked for a major regional bank and for a Fortune 100 manufacturer with responsibilities ranging from credit and performance analysis to estimating and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with national accounts.
Steve’s combination of education and experience give him a unique platform to understand your dealership from a business perspective and with your customer in mind.
